Outboard Trim/Tilt Pin Wrench Tool Set – MT0004, MT0006, and MT0009 – designed for use with Seastar hydraulic end caps.This tool set is intended for rebuilding leaking components in outboard engine hydraulic trim and tilt units.It enables removal and installation of trim and tilt caps without damaging the caps or the steering cylinder.The wrenches are constructed from ultra-strength steel, rated for minimum torque capacities of 180 ft-lb (MT0004 and MT0006) and 200 ft-lb (MT0009).Pins are replaceable.The set is compatible with Seastar hydraulic steering end caps and SHOWA-manufactured trim/tilt units.Each wrench features a 1/2-inch socket drive and is operated by aligning the pins with the corresponding holes in the cap and applying torque using a 1/2-inch breaker bar.MT0004: Pin size S-4 mm; equivalent to factory tool YB-06175-2B.Fits trim and tilt caps for four-stroke V6 engines (F200–F300, 3.3L and 4.2L), two-stroke engines (225–300 , excluding VMAX), and tilt caps for F150 models from 2011 onward.MT0006: Pin sizes S-4 mm and S-4.5 mm; equivalent to factory tool YB-06175-1A.Fits trim caps for SHOWA trim/tilt units, F115–F150, I4 2.8L (F175–F200), two-stroke engines (115–225 ), VMAX, and engines.MT0009: Pin size L-6 mm; equivalent to factory tool YB-06548.Fits tilt caps for SHOWA trim/tilt units, F115–F150 (2004–2010), I4 2.8L (F175–F200), two-stroke engines (115–225 ), VMAX, and engines.Package includes three 1/2-inch socket drive pin wrenches: MT0004, MT0006, and MT0009.
