Mounting base for allux 800 and 810 mail/parcel boxes. Stand mounts to bottom of mailbox to mount in-ground for stability. The direct burial mounting base is only required if you don't have a small pad of concrete, sidewalk or other solid surface to mount the mailbox. The base can be direct buried in the ground and back filled with concrete or gravel. Then the mailbox can be mounted on top of the base.
